To use a magical relic known as the 'Star of Human'

This relic merged lost, noble human spirits that had died to objects, human spirits that wished to live again, for the world had been unkind to them and they had died early and suffered in life...

And by merging their spirit with the objects, new life was formed, causing a Tsukumogami to be born.

This act saved the race of the Tsukumogami, and allowed their world, the world of Objet'd Arc to continue...

Was born after the Queen of Fairy World, Rhiannon, found a perfectly good Rotary Phone on Earth, that had been simply discarded and thrown in the trash...

...A from the soul of a girl who's body had been lost due to the actions of a drunk driver...

...This created a girl, born with a telephone in her head and a rotary dial on her, and having a black dress like an old telephone, and black gloves and black boots and blonde, short hair.

She was named 'Telephonic'.

And her journey was about to begin...throughout the object filled world of Objet'd Arc...

An evil fairy, the ruler of the Dark Fairy Empire, Nicnivin, obtained the power to create her own Star of Human, stealing the magic to do so from Rhiannon's books...

And by her power, she created corrupted versions of the Star of Human, using the souls of twisted and demented criminals, the souls that belong in the realm of hell...

To create monsters out of objects, evil ones that assembled together and became a criminal terror group that wanted to take over the world of Objet'd Art...

An evil agency that wished to rob the souls of the Tsukumogami and turn them into weapons for the cause of evil!
