Cubicore

Species: The Manticore Cub Pokemon

Appearance: Much like a lion cub, yet with small bat like wings, red eyes, a golden coat, and having a small tail like a scorpion with a big stinger on it, and short claws and sharp fangs.

Cubicore are hard to come by, since they prefer to remain hidden deep within caves and are usually and fiercely protected by their parents who hold nothing back when their territory is invaded. Some say that this line is a monster created by the gods, some say that it was created because of a mad magician's twisted experiment, some say it was created from a twisted relationship between a human and a fiend of darkness. But one thing is clear, these creatures, even when young, are vicious and very dangerous, not to mention they have about as much intelligence as a human being, and are known to be able to manipulate dragonic flames (hence they known the Dragon Flame and Dragon Breath attacks) as well as have the ability to shoot paralyzing stingers and fly in the air, delivering deadly kill bites to anything they can eat. They are known far and wide as the accursed born, the man eater. Even as cubs, one should be careful, as when they born, they quickly gain venom in their stings and learn to shoot poisonous stingers (which is why they have Poison Sting, Twineedle, Pin Missile, Fell Stinger, and Poison Tail) and they have the strength to take down most small animals with their fangs (which is why they have bite and crunch rather early on) and should be avoided-especially since they have a unique cry which will call their parents...and you don't want to cross those!

Mantikorr

Species: The Manticore Pokemon

Appearance: They have a massive mane and appear much like a black adult lion with white tiger like stripes, and have black bat wings and have a black scorpion tail with a red, bladed stinger on the end and red eyes and sharp teeth and a slightly human-like face.

Mantikorr are known sometimes as the Man-Tiger to some because of their resemble to tigers and to human beings, but also for their cruelty, brutality, and high level of intelligence. They should never, ever be approached at all and going to fight one is very difficult, as they can fly, strike at high speeds with massive claws and teeth, and can shoot many poisonous stingers from the sky to bombard opponents with poisons to paralyze and wear them down, and have absolutely no mercy upon weak or defenseless creatures that cross their paths, not even human beings, and they were well known for being able to eat and kill human human beings. Curiously, though, they also appear capable of reason and of gaining people's trust, although only a select few, of their own choosing, have ever been selected, and it is said whosoever can befriend this beast is a wise and powerful warrior. It's Poison Needle attack rains down poisonous stings from high above and strikes all enemies and has a strong chance of inflicting paralysis, and their Beast Crash attack is a dragon type attack that hurls them up in the air on their wings and then crashes down with tremendous might. They also possess other moves like Toxic Spikes, Cross Poison, Acid Spray, Toxic, Dragon Claw, and Venoshock. Because of their often vicious nature, going near them, or where they live, is one that usually ends in disaster. If anyone kills them, they are quick to, near death, to place a powerful curse of death upon the person that kills them with Destiny Bond...

Lormanticore

Species: The Manticore King Pokemon

Appearance: Have a massive black lion like body with a white man and a human like face with a white mustache and beard and red eyes, and has massive yet tattered bat like wings and a massive tail with a curved, finely bladed point, and red claws, and sharp teeth and tusks, and horns on their head.

Lormanticore are extremely intelligent and very wise, so they tend to stay away from trouble. Some even say they are capable of reason and actually speaking the human language, yet it is said it is very gutteral and sporadic when they speak. They are said to be able to live forever and ever, being immortal, and it is said the more they age, the less violent they become, yet they still retain their great pride and violent temperament, yet are much more cautious and slow tempered then Mantikorr. Lormanticore are also seen as mentors of their own tribe, and are said to be the pack leaders of their entire clan, and their territory is wide and expanse. They are capable of breathing toxic flames (which is why they use Acid Breath, which is a Poison type technique that breathes acidic flames that harshly lower the opponent's special defense on occasion) as well as for being tremendously strong.  It is said that with each member born, their power and domain grows, as does their pride. When they become very strong, they will have a massive army of Cubicore and Mantikorr, which are known to gather in great numbers on raids on nearby cities and towns and terrorize everyone and eat everything they can in sight. To stop this, their have been numerous attempts to kill them off altogether, yet while the younger ones are usually killed by people, the Lormanticore remain elusive, and even when found, usually decimate the hunting parties in seconds and eats them. It is said they enjoy a good challenge and can only be beaten by one of great intelligence, which is not easy to accomplish. Lormanticore do not tolerate two of their own in the same area and will often fight to the death if they encounter each other, and the winner will gain power of the other's tribe and grow stronger. The oldest of them is said to have thousands upon thousands under them that serve them and has won many, many such battles...
